Terms of Service

By downloading or using Next Budget ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases

• Next Budget offers a one-time purchase to unlock the full version ("Next Budget Pro").
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard EULA.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• You can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server or service connected to the App.

4. Data and Sync

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. The App is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial advice. The optional sync feature relies on Firebase; service availability is not guaranteed. If you share a sync group with others, you are responsible for who you invite and for data you share with them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
